This year will see a number of regulatory changes that could drastically impact electric generating units.  With the final MATS Risk and Technology Review (MATS RTR) and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) rules expected in April 2024, delays in the implementation of the new CAMD and MATS electronic reporting requirements, and recent developments with the Federal Good Neighbor Plan (GNP FIP), there will be plenty to talk about during the EPRI CEMS User Group Meeting (CEMUG) in Scottsdale, AZ this May.

RTP Environmental Associates, Inc. (RTP) will again host a pre-conference workshop designed to assist utilities in evaluating the impact of the new rules on current compliance, monitoring, and reporting strategies.  We will provide insights and analysis based on our 100+ combined years serving the utility industry as employees, stack testers, consultants, and advisors.

A detailed course agenda will be provided by email and on this registration page once the final GHG and MATS RTR rules have been signed (expected in April 2024).
